Hollywood personality Paris Hilton was spotted arriving for lunch at a Los Angeles restaurant in a $450,000 Mercedes SLR McLaren supercar. Paris undoubtedly bought the car in an effort to out-do rival Lindsay Lohan, who has Mercedes SL65 AMG (which she crashed). Or maybe Paris’ $170,000 Bentley just wasn’t the same after her boyfriend crashed it into a truck. Either way, SLR has a top speed of 208 mph and can hit 60 mph in 3.8 seconds. See the photos here.

To each their own, but I think that car is butt ugly. And I don't think much of Paris Hilton for that matter. lol.

Sad, really. Just think of the sheer joy a machine of that caliber could bring to folks like us, completely wasted on a twit like her. She''ll never go over 1/2 throttle, or if she does, she'll crash.

Me, Id go maybe 3/4 throttle, make a happy mess in my pants, and go home to cleanup:)

It is sad though. Remarkable machinery appointed to the oblivious. :(

It's clear: we're all failures for choosing the wrong parents.

You can paint a garbage can whatever color you want...it's still a garbage can. And I'm not talking about the car. No matter what she sits in or how much money she has....she's a skanky tool.

This is so true... we think we're obsessed now... wow. My only mod to that car would be a force field around it (like in that Ford commercial).

Only seen 1 in person, at Summit Point Raceway, driven by Brian Redman. I know Jay Leno has the first imported to USA (or so he says).

Not sure how they get around the state inspections. Many states, including VA don't allow Exhausts exiting before any passenger window.

Its a cool car, but I'd rather have Ferrari 550 or 430.

Half the cars she drives are not hers...There is a pic of her in my friends Murcielago and all the media claimed "Paris in her Lamborghini"

She has also been seen out at clubs in LA driving a nissan Maxima and other various regular cars but for some reason they don't put that in the news.
Don't believe everything you see or read in the media, its mostly BS.

I don't know why, but that car makes me think of Mr. Herbert's face when ever I see it...?

you know, with all the money she wastes, think she'd get a nice pair of sun glasses. WTF are those on her head?!?

I wonder if her driving your car helps or hurts it's resale value (assuming she doesn't crash it)....
