I have a bad memory so I'm waiting for an email from New England Dyno (http://www.nedyno.com/main.htm) for all my numbers. The car sat for about and hour before it hit the dyno so it was just under 200* for the first pull. My worst run was the second, 362.52 at about 220 degrees. I can't remember what the first run was but not much better. The last 2 pulls were super hot (230) with an open intake in the 370s.
Super nice guys at N.E.Dyno.
There were 3 GTOs when I got there and 3 more pulling in when I left. More info to follow...

370 hp with no air intake connected ? hmm i wonder if we could pull the air channel from under the srt hood and remove the air tube for a ram-air effect at the track..Nice Numbers!! All stock ?

Wow does it ever, im amazed.
How is the srt-8 to drive? Does it break loose easy? I still have not even SEEN an srt-8 in person they have to ship one down here for me to just look at before I take this farther and hand them the 7g's down.

The SRT8 is a blast to drive. It handles like its on rails and better have your seatbelt on if you stomp on the brakes or you will end up with an impression of the steering wheel on your torso. But seriously.. I have had numerous sports cars and this one is different. To me it defines the difference between muscle car and sports car. And its a muscle car hands down. I have not driven the RT Charger on a daily basis but I did drive one for a day. Both cars handle well but the SRT8 is like a next level thing. Its aggressive looks and its kickin performance esp for a 4000 + LB car is outstanding. Does it break loose easy? Well if you leave the Trac Ctrl on no it doesnt. But if you turn it off, better get ready for some corrective steering. The SRT8 will burn off several hundred dollars worth of rubber real quick. And joy of joys you can mod the heck out of it. Im saving up for a supercharger.

You made great #'s today, it was nice meeting you. I like that growl sound that comes from the stock intake, pretty sweet.
I was expecting to be around 350-360 running that Diablosport Predator tune, you can imagine the shock I had when the car made LESS power then stock!!! And I was even more surprised when loading the factory tune the hp went way up. Needless to say the Predator is being sold.
My best run with the factory tune was 351rwhp 343rwtq. Mods are intake and catback exhaust.
I can't be too upset though, I made the highest dyno numbers out of the GTO's there. You set the high score for the day with the 370rwhp your SRT-8 put down.

It was cool meeting you guys also. When I was pulling out there were 2 or 3 more GTOs pulling in and an srt4.

Only one other GTO got on the dyno, a stock 04, he put down 294rwhp, the SRT-4 didn't make any runs, and you missed a bolt-on 03-04 stang GT which made 242rwhp.

Jason, all cars have loss, and most more than this. Dayontas which are rated at 350, pull 280ish, a higher loss rate than the SRTs. Very few cars ever come close to rated power at the wheels.
The generally accepted figures are %15 for FWD cars, and %20 for RWD cars.
