I have some Rockford Fosgate Punch Stage 3s... I hadn't heard them yet, since I'm still in Korea. I've read/heard good things about them though, which is why I bought them.

There are so many choices out there...and it depends on so many different things...how much money you want to spend, how much trunk space you want to use, how much work you want to do if your doing it yourslef and stuff like that...have any restrictions or limitations?

x2.
In my charger I have 2 eclipse titaniums, and a 1300 (RMS) amp. (Audiobahn) Audiobahn amps are cheap and you can't kill them, ran them for years... infact this one is almost 6 years old, it powered 2 of my 4 15" Flame Q's I used to have.
In my expo I have 2 Directed 12's and a 1000 watt amp (kenwood)
and in my bass competition truck I had, (still have the system) I've got 4 12" Orion HCCA's (2000 RMS each) and a 5000 Watt amp (orion) and a 1250 watt door speaker amp, and 8 door speakers. (orion and infinity)

ChargeRonDavins, are those brands generally better than the name brands like Alpine, Pioneer and Jl Audio? I was looking at 2 Polk 10"s. They run around 150-200 each on Ebay and 349 each at Crutchfield. I was also thinking of the 10" Rockford Punchs'. A link to the ones you have?

There are brands that are way more higher end then JL, Memphis, Audiobahn, Kicker, Fosgate etc. The only reason why a person would think those brands are the best because they have been around a while and pretty much what you will see when you walk into your local Best Buys. Some brands that are def. good are Fi, RD Audio, Sundown, Soundstream, and the old Cerwin Vega speakers. Now these brand are not mentioned by the average Joe, but this is def. some damn good brands.

I have a single FI BTL running off a Kicker 2500...just the sub and amp however cost over a grand. Their SSD model is something you should consider...its $179 from their site and those subs handle 800 watts each...only heard good things about em

That depends on your budget and what kind of music you listen to. If you are just listening for your own pleasure or are you competing? If you want aren't concerned with waking people in their homes with their own home entertainment systems on four blocks away and listen to rap, then there are different options than say if you listen to rock/metal and still love it ear bleedling loud but don't feel the need to wake everyone. 10s are going to hit sharper for rock, but 12s do the trick as well for deep bass. I have had Rockfords and Infinity and prefer Infinity of any flavor or size.
