Will a 20" x 9" rim with a +20 offset fit on a charger r/t?

Also what are the recommended tire size for that rim size?

Yes, a 20x9 with a +20 offset will fit the charger R/T. I would recommend 255/45R20 for the easiest fit, you may also be able to run a 275/40R20.

Shipping is free the lower 48 states and Canada. We do have the option to ship USPS to Hawaii which is relatively inexpensive. As always, we guarantee the lowest delivered price, even to Hawaii.
