Protecting your vinyl saves replacement and damage!
A lot of people now know about our oils, coolants, and even our ACES IV fuel catalyst,
But what a whole lot of you may not be aware is that we produce the QuantumBlue Vinyl protectant.
This product is designed for all vinyl, plastic, leather, and rubber. It is specifically designed to protect all cast vinyl decals like what are on Superbee's, Daytonas, and modded cars with decals.
Remember that cast vinyl products that come on these cars in normal use have an effective life of 5 to 8 years. Well, most of us want to keep the decals from fading and cracking forever. Cast vinyls have UV absorbers, which the manufacturer puts in to help stability but will ultimately loose the battle and degrade fast.
We have designed a formula to address this that will put emollients into the vinyl, protect the vinyl from massive UV exposure, and stop ozone from attacking it as well.
Many people do not realize that a car in a dehumidified garage with a car cover is not protected from ground level ozone. This is the insidious compound that causes tires to dry rot and is the same chemical that causes the haze on your windshield and side windows that looks like someone was smoking in your car. We have the most powerful UV and Ozone product available on the market today. It virtually eliminates the haze and protects the plastic and vinyl so that it won't get brittle or crack. It also contains no petroleum distillates, silicone, waxes or fillers. The other products on the market tell you they protect your car but the ingredients actually attack the surface you are trying to protect. Most are greasy and some even turn white when they fail.
Another great thing is that when it rains or you wash the car, you don't get the streaking and mottled look on the decals when it dries.
The QuantumBlue Fabric, carpet and vinyl cleaner is 14.99 per quart after discount
The QuantumBlue Vinyl Protectant is 22.99 per quart after discount
and the QuantumBlue Fabric stain and UV protectant is also 24.99 per quart. after discount
The more you know, the better QuantumBlue looks.
Thanks
Brian
I have had the same R/T stripe on my 69 charger for 21 years, and it still looks brand new. This is also made of cast vinyl. I have protected it from damage with our protectants for all that time.

Seems like that is a decent price to protect the investment of what could be several hundred dollars of graphics. You always see threads saying "loved my XYZ graphics but now replacing them with painted ones." Thx for the info.

Exactly. Paint fades too and is expensive as well. If you use our protectant product, the decals never deteriorate and look factory fresh. Tires look new again and the sidewalls are protected.
Many people use silicone type tire dressing or the urethane tire dressings that leave the silicone "greasy" look.
Tire companies have had people that have sidewall failures that do not get their warranty replacement because the silicone compromised the sidewall.
Don't need that at 300.00 per tire!!

Will the vinyl protectant help if your graphics are already kind of hazy or streaky looking? Ive only had mine on since spring but they arent looking that great and i keep my car clean and garaged.

BrianG,
Yes, they will be refreshed if they are not damaged. It is hard to determine without looking at them. If only since spring, then the QuantumBlue Vinyl and leather protector will definitely help.
Sorry I missed the post.

Am I missing something here?
I can't seem to find the Vinyl protection product on your site.
You can see the Hood decal. In the sun it just looks faded. And this is a new Charger.
Thanks

donscomp,
Sorry, we are working on putting a new website together which will be much better than what we have now.
The QuantumBlue Vinyl and Leather Protector is designed for your decals to protect them without being greasy or smeary. It doesn't wash down the side of the car like the other materials, doesn't contain petroleum distillates, waxes, or silicone like most all others.
Contains quenchers that stop UVA, UVB, and Ozone.
Here is the sheet on all 3 products.

Hey Brian,
Thanks for the vote of confidence! The way we designed it will protect from UVA, UVB, and Ozone. Not greasy or oily and really makes the decals stand out nicely. Won't come down the car smeary either!:beerchug:

my car came with gloss black vinyl decals on it. I am interested in this product, even though i hardly ever drive it and keep it covered in the garage, I want to go ahead and begin protecting them now. They still look as good as the day I bought it but I want to keep it the way that it was when i bought it, decals and all. The main problem I have is waterspotting on the black decals after washing the car, even when I chamois.
So first, how do I go about purchasing some of this as I didn't see it on your site?
And second, what is the recommendation on this? Apply it after every wash or a few times a year?

oh yeah, also will this help in the prevention of the waterspotting issue?

That is the smartest thing to do! Ozone is the element in the atmosphere that ruins plastic and rubber. So in your garage with the cover and the dehumidifier, and the decals are still degrading!
We stop that and keep them good virtually forever with continual use!

This happens due to the surface factors on the decals. When you use the QuantumBlue Vinyl and Leather Protector, there may be parts that will suck in the protector and then get dry again. This will show the extent of the damage to the surface. However, continual applications to all these areas will "saturate" the areas and then they will be protected. Once this occurs, the waterspots will be virtually eliminated. Best way to protect them without silicone oils, petroleum distillates, or any harmful materials!!
So first, how do I go about purchasing some of this as I didn't see it on your site?
Simply give us a call at 440-821-9040 and we can send you out a quart or a gallon depending on what you want to do. 26.95 before discount for the quart and 93.00 for the gallon before discount.
And second, what is the recommendation on this? Apply it after every wash or a few times a year?
That depends on the condition of the decals. It will be a trial and adjustment here. Maybe just 4 or 5 times a year if they are in like new condition. However, I always put it on my decals after I wash the car to make sure they are protected before I put it in the garage and put the car cover on it etc.
Determine for yourself and let me know what works best for you!:bigthumb:

Thanks for the info and help Brian. I have to make a few calls tommorrow, billet tech, mopar supercenter, etc. So I am adding you to the list of calls to make, and start out with a quart of this to get me going and if it does the trick, I will move on to the gallon to last me a while. thanks again
